The production line is mainly composed of raw material storage system, batching weighing system, conveying system, mixing system, pneumatic system, packaging system and dust removal system. The master control system gives production instructions based on the selected process formula. The system automatically extracts raw materials according to the ratio from the storage bin, and the raw materials enter the mixing bin and the non-gravity high-efficiency mixer successively after counterweight, so as to achieve rapid mixing operation (3-5 minutes). After meeting the mixing accuracy requirements, the finished mortar is transported to the finished silo with the secondary mixing function and enters the automatic filling process. The newly designed automatic packaging machine performs regular and quantitative filling operations according to the requirements, greatly improving the output efficiency, and the packaged finished products are sent to the finished product area for stacking and waiting for delivery.
